Nordics CRM respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This page explains how to file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice if you believe content on this site infringes your copyright.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe a page on this site contains material that infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes the following information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL of the affected page).
- Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Where to send notices
DMCA notices should be sent to our designated agent via our contact page. Notices sent to other contact addresses may not receive timely attention.
Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes the information specified in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), sent through the same channel above.
Repeat infringers
Nordics CRM may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
