The Nordics CRM Pricing Index
An original dataset: what 15 CRM platforms actually charge to start, where their prices top out, which ones are free, and the one category that meters usage on top of the plan. Every figure is the vendor's own published price, compiled from their official pricing page and dated per vendor.
What the numbers say
- Per-seat CRMs start low and cluster tight. Across 11 per-seat platforms the median entry price is $14/user/mo — from $5/user/mo (Trello) up to $29/user/mo. The seat-price ceiling is far higher: $350/user/mo at the top tier (Salesforce Unlimited).
- Flat-rate all-in-ones start higher but include the team. Entry plans run $97–$249/mo (GoHighLevel to Keap) with no per-seat multiplier — which is why they overtake per-seat CRMs as headcount grows.
- Free is more common than buyers expect. 5 of the 15 priced CRMs run a real free tier, and the broader free landscape is wider still (below).
- The usage-fee gap is real but narrow. Only 1 of the 15— GoHighLevel — meters SMS/email/AI/voice on top of the flat fee. That's the single biggest “headline price ≠ real price” trap in the category.
The full dataset
Every tracked seat-priced and flat-rate CRM. Entry is the cheapest paid plan; per-seat rows are annual-billing rates per user, flat rows are the total monthly plan fee. Per-contact marketing platforms are tracked separately (see methodology).

- Bitrix24 Free (12 users)
- Agile CRM Free (10 users, 50k contacts)
- Freshsales Free (3 users)
- ClickUp Free Forever
- Trello Free (unlimited personal boards)
- Capsule Free (2 users, 250 contacts)
The usage-fee gap
The number most pricing pages skip is metered usage. GoHighLevel is the one platform in this index that bills SMS, email, AI and voice on top of its flat plan fee — so the $97 Starter plan typically lands at $167–$207 once real small-business volume is added. Per-seat CRMs bundle their core features at the seat price; where they add SMS or AI it's an optional add-on, not a mandatory meter. See the GoHighLevel pricing breakdown for the exact math, or run your own numbers in the CRM cost calculator.
Methodology
- Every figure is the vendor's own published price, read from their official pricing page and recorded with the month it was verified. Per-seat prices are annual-billing rates stated per user; flat-rate prices are the total monthly plan fee with the team included.
- Per-seat and flat-rate entry prices are reported separately and never averaged together — a $/user/mo figure and a $/mo team figure are not the same unit, so pooling them would be meaningless.
- Vendors that price by contact volume through a dynamic calculator (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot Marketing) are tracked in our pricing tools but kept out of the seat/flat statistics here, because their unit isn't comparable to a seat or a flat plan.
- Keap's one-time implementation fee ($499–$1,499) is a real cost but isn't metered usage, so it is noted rather than counted in the usage-fee figure.
- The index is refreshed as vendors change public pricing; each row carries its own verification month. SaaS pricing moves — confirm the live rate before purchasing.
